تكوين اتفاقية النقل

يساعدك تكوين اتفاقية النقل في مجال النقل على إبرام اتفاقية لكل سجل طريق.

Go to Transportation ‣ Transportation Agreement. Click on New to create a new agreement.

تفاصيل نموذج تسجيل الطريق

1. Student/Faculty :- Select the student/faculty for which you want to make an agreement.

2. Route Register :- Select the route register for current agreement.

3. Route :- It will automatically set based on selected route register.

4. Stop :- Select the stop based on dropdown list.

5. Plan:- It will automatically set based on selected route register.

6. Expires After :- It will automatically set based on selected route.

7. Agreement Date :- It will automatically set current agreement date.

8. End Date :- It will automatically set based on selected route register.

9. Previous Invoice Date :- It will automatically set when Invoice will be created.

10. Next Invoice Date :- It will automatically set based on selected plan.

11. Bill Every :- it will automatically set based on selected plan.

12. Bill Type:- it will automatically set based on selected plan.
