Go to Grievance ‣ Configuration ‣ Teams. Click on Create to create a new team.

  1. Name :- Specify name of the team.

  2. Team Leader :- Select the Team leader from the dropdown for the particular team.

  3. Grievance Category :- Select the Grievance Categories from the dropdown.

  4. Team members :- Admin can add multiple team members in Team Members page.
