Reporting¶
Admission Analysis¶
The Admission Analysis report is a pivot table that lets you analyse the applications received by the institute from any angle.
Go to .
The applications are grouped by course by default, and the measure displayed is the number of applications.
Click on the
+icon of a row or of a column header to expand the analysis by another criterion, for example by admission register, by status, by batch or by application date. In the illustration above the columns have been expanded by Status, so that the draft, confirmed and enrolled applications of every course are compared side by side.Use the
Measuresbutton to add or remove the values that are summarised, and the search bar to restrict the analysis to a period, a course or a status. The buttons on the right of the
Measuresbutton allow you to flip the axes, to expand all the groups, and to download the report as a spreadsheet.
Nota
The pivot analysis is also available directly from the Applications menu, through the pivot and graph icons of the view switcher.
Admissions on the Course and Program Dashboards¶
The number of enrolled applications is also published on the dashboards of the courses and of the programs, which gives a quick overview of the recruitment of each course.
Go to . Each course card shows an Admissions counter next to the Students, Sub-Courses, Subjects and Batches counters.
Click on the Admissions counter to open the list of the applications that are enrolled in that course. The list can be switched to a graph view for a visual analysis.
The same counter is available on the program cards from , where it displays the applications enrolled in the whole program.
Nota
Only the applications that are enrolled (status Done) are taken into account in these counters.
