Attendance on the Portal

Students consult their own attendance from the portal, without any access to the back end. Parents connected to the portal see the same information for each of their children.

Attendance Card

After logging in, the student opens My Account. The Attendance card gives access to the attendance records and displays how many of them are available.

My Attendance

Click on the Attendance card to display the attendance of the student.

Every line shows the attendance sheet, whether the student was present, the remark entered by the faculty, the date, the course and the batch.

The following tools are available on the top of the list :-

• Sort By :- Sort the records by Attendance Sheet, Date or Course.

• Filter By :- Display All the records, only those of Today, only the Present ones or only the Absent ones. A filter is also proposed for each course the student attends.

• Group By :- Group the records by Course, by a particular attendance sheet, or select None to display a flat list.

• Search :- Search in the attendance sheet and the remark, and through the drop-down of the search box, in the Attendance Date, the Course, the Batch, or in all of them at once.

Note

A parent connected to the portal reaches the same screen for each of their children, and can switch from one child to the other.

Attendance in the Student Progression

The attendance of a student is also published on the Student Progression page of the portal, under the Attendance tab, and the same table is printed in the student progression report.
