LMS Blog

The OpenEduCat LMS Blog module integrates course-specific blogging functionality into online learning paths. Instructors and faculty members can publish academic articles, news updates, study tips, and supplementary reading materials directly attached to individual courses.

Configuring Course Blogs

Linking a Blog to a Course

  1. Open the target course in LMS ‣ Dashboard.

  2. On the course form, click the Create Blog smart button or select an existing website blog under the Blog field.

Creating & Publishing Blog Posts

  1. Under the course blog section, click Add a Line to create a new blog post.

  2. Specify the Blog Post Title, subtitle, author, and publication date.

  3. Write the article content using the rich text HTML editor.

  4. Toggle the publication switch to publish the article to the course web page.

Student Portal View

Enrolled students and site visitors can access course blog posts directly from the course web portal page (/courses/<course-slug>).
