Asset Types

OpenEduCat provides the Asset Request facility for an institute. Online asset management system should include total information of the assets which are available in the institute and maintain record of the assets which are assigned to the Employees/Faculty or students.

Go to Invoicing ‣ Configuration ‣ Asset Types. Click on New to create a Asset type.

  1. Name :- Provide name of the asset type.

Go to Invoicing ‣ Accounting ‣ Assets. Click on New to create a Asset.

  1. Name :- Provide name of the asset.

  2. Asset Category :- Select the asset category from the dropdown.
