Whatsapp Business Important Notes

Whatsapp Templates:

1. Sending Templates are chargeble.

2. Before send template message to customer you have to approve that template first.

3. Template was Approved, paused and Rejected by Meta (facebook) Team.

4. Meta Approve template in within 24 hours.

5. If template is in Approved state then you can send template to customer.

6. If template is in Pendding state you have to wait to approve template.

7. You can start conversation to customer with template message.

   • In Kwim, Interective message type template are no need to approve by Meta (facebook) Team.

   • Interective Message type template are send only when 24 hours window chat is open.

   • If user start conversation first that is called Service Conversation (last user message time greter than 24 hours). First 1000 conversaion are free. Then after Service Conversation also chargeble.

   • If Business start conversation first that is called Business-Initiated conversation (last message time greter than 24 hours). This type conversation is chargeble.

   • You can send only Whatsapp Template Message to customer if customer has no any whatsapp conversation with your business in last 24 hours.

   • Access Token validation is 60 days in Whtasapp Business API. In Kwim access Token was regenerate every 15 days using cron job

   • When we add site url in webhook at that time we need to subscribe all that webhook fields.

   • In Kwim, Interective message temeplate type are no need to approve.
